For larger events we recommend 6–8 weeks, but we’ll always try to accommodate shorter timelines — just reach out and we’ll make it work.
Yes. We regularly produce events across the region. Travel beyond our local area may include a small fee, which we’ll always outline up front.

Per-guest tiers scale production, staffing, and service to your headcount. We’ll walk you through precisely what’s covered before you commit.
A deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the event. You’ll receive a clear quote and invoice up front — no surprises.
